Safety Concerns for Henry’s Farm Soybean Sprouts

Henry’s Farm is recalling 1-lb  “Natto Soybean Sprouts” and 10-lb “Soy Bean Sprouts” bags because of a possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Symptoms vary depending on age and health, but Listeria monocytogenes is most dangerous to those with a weakened immune system, pregnant women, and children.

Items being recalled were distributed to retail stores in Virginia and Maryland. To date, no illnesses have been reported.
